Availability of withdrawal functionality depends on platform status and operational readiness. We do not guarantee instant processing.

Spot trading supports market and limit orders for available pairs. Orders are executed against the internal ledger. Trading fees, where applicable, are disclosed before order submission.

Prices may differ between order submission and execution. You are responsible for reviewing order details before confirming. Trading involves risk and may result in loss of funds.

Futures and margin products, where available, involve leverage and may result in liquidation of positions. Margin requirements and liquidation thresholds apply. These products are not available to all users and may be restricted by jurisdiction or account status.

Do not assume that unavailable products are currently enabled. Product availability is subject to separate readiness and authorization checks.

Applicable trading fees, network charges, and other costs are disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Fee schedules may change; updates will be communicated through the Platform.

We do not charge hidden fees. Always review the fee summary shown during order entry.

Promotions such as the Welcome Reward and Mystery Box are subject to their own eligibility rules, terms, and availability status. Eligibility, claiming, and actual reward settlement are distinct processes.

A reward may be marked eligible or claimed while remaining in a pending payout status until settlement is completed. Campaign availability and payout status are disclosed on the rewards page. Refer to current campaign terms and status for authoritative details.

We do not include outdated promotional terms. Current campaign requirements are defined by the active campaign configuration.

You may not use the Platform for fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, terrorist financing, unauthorized access, abuse of promotions, or any illegal activity. You may not attempt to circumvent security controls or verification requirements.

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against accounts suspected of prohibited activity, including suspension or termination.
